We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Sales Manager to help expand our presence in the BC market. This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B sales experience, particularly in strata, property management, or related industries, who is motivated to build long-term client relationships and contribute to a growing business.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored digital signage solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and industry outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with strata councils, property management companies, commercial property owners, and business partners
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share and achieve revenue targets
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to support lead generation and client engagement initiatives
Maintain accurate sales pipelines and customer records using CRM tools
Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and successful project delivery
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings
Support future team growth by assisting with onboarding, coaching, and mentoring junior sales staff as needed
Required Qualifications
3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling to strata councils, property management companies, real estate, or related industries
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience managing sales pipelines and client relationships independently
Ability to develop strategic partnerships and long-term business opportunities
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within Metro Vancouver as needed
Preferred / Asset Qualification
Experience selling professional service or retainer-based offerings
Existing SMB client network in BC
Experience managing or scaling a sales team
