We are looking for a hands-on Field Installation Coordinator to manage and support on-site installation of digital media screens. This role focuses on working directly with installation crews, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with on-site installation crews to coordinate and support screen installations

• Be present on-site as needed to oversee progress and ensure quality of work

• Schedule and coordinate installation timelines with contractors

• Monitor installation progress and ensure deadlines are met

• Identify and resolve on-site issues in a timely manner

• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with local regulations

• Conduct basic site checks before and after installation

• Report project updates, issues, and completion status to internal teams

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in field operations, construction coordination, or installation projects

• Experience working with contractors or installation crews

• Strong problem-solving and on-site coordination skills

• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in the field

• Basic knowledge of electrical, low-voltage, or hardware installation is an asset

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the Greater Vancouver area

• Fluent in English (Mandarin is an asset)

• Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness
